A Florida teacher was suspended for exercizing her constitutional rights by writing a letter to her Congressman.

I’ve heard of this happening before - I recall a teacher who wrote a letter that was published in a newspaper was fired for the political content of the letter. But that was Canada. This time its here, which only shows how closely we are following in Canada’s footsteps, which in turn is following Europe down the long slippery slope of fascism.

I’d like to ask, “Where is the NEA on this issue?” but I can’t do it with a straight face…
